WarrantyPriceCheck was started by someone with a background in automotive retail (car dealerships) who has seen how these plans are priced in the finance office.

The same manufacturer-backed plan can be priced very differently depending on where you buy it. Buyers usually find out after they've signed. We collect public, real-world prices so you can see the range before you sign.

What we do: gather prices people have posted publicly (forums, seller pages) and ones readers submit, link every row to its source, and show medians and ranges from those rows only. We never estimate prices or fill gaps.

What we don't do: sell plans, give insurance or financial advice, or take money to change data.
